Crock Pot Pineapple Salsa Chicken

This has got to be one of the easiest recipes...ever! Two ingredients and you've got a delicious and healthy dinner! I serve this chicken over rice and sprinkle a little cheddar jack cheese on top and it's delish! It also makes a great filling for tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and burritos.

Crock Pot Pineapple Salsa Chicken
Serves 4
Cal 152, Carbs 15, Fat .5, Fiber 1, Protein 23.5

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
1.5 cups pineapple salsa (I used Archer Farms)
Shredded Cheese (Optional)

Arrange chicken in bottom of crock pot. Pour salsa over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Break chicken into chunks or shred. Serve over rice and sprinkle with cheese (if desired) Enjoy!
